10 Step Skincare Routine in a Jar

Fashion week always takes such a toll on my skin, and especially during the colder months of the year, where the air is so dry, and then you add in traveling, where a flight will completely suck the moisture out of your skin. So I've been looking for something that can do it all. Even in travel size. I've been using Cold Plasma Plus by Perricone M.D. now for the past few weeks and the results are incredible! It is great for anyone with normal to dry skin, and the perfect transformation from dullness to radiance. My skin always looks so plump and glowy after using it, I am definitely using this bad boy on the plane to keep my skin hydrated. Since it's a serum, I apply it after removing makeup and washing my face. I sometimes add in moisturizer after a serum for a more powerful hydration effect but you won't need to with Cold Plasma Plus. Even though it is extremely hydrating, Cold Plasma Plus doesn't clog your pores and won't aggravate acne-prone skin, which I tend to get from time to time due to hormonal changes and/or stress. 

I've also been using the Mount Lai jade facial roller after applying the serum. The jade roller is a Chinese skincare tool that has been used for thousands of years. Perfected throughout the centuries, this facial massager was built to have a cooling, soothing effect on the skin. Besides improving overall health and radiance of the skin, jade rolling has a multitude of benefits such as improving blood circulation, reducing puffiness and inflammation of the skin, and relieving facial and jaw tension. I have to say it might seem silly using something like this when it comes to skincare, but it's really great for de-puffing.
