Charlotte Tilbury Review - Waking Up Your Complexion

Even though Charlotte Tilbury’s skincare and beauty brand has been around since 2013, it wasn’t until this year that I finally got the chance to review the very well known British (now global) brand. I first took notice of the products a couple of years ago while on my very first trip to London. I was impressed with the packaging and quality of each product, but just never got the opportunity to try any of the well-known makeup artist’s brand. Charlotte Tilbury is an award-winning MUA and a British Vogue Contributing Beauty Editor and has collaborated with such designers as Tom Ford and Burberry. A definite game-changer in the beauty industry. So without further ado, let’s get started on some of my favorites from Charlotte Tilbury Beauty!

LIP CHEAT LIP LINER IN PILLOW TALK

When it comes to lips, I always trust a good lip liner to start. That is, after exfoliating and hydrating them puckers. Lip Cheat Lip Liner smooths over lips to create a seamless line, resize, and reshape for a fuller pout. It lasts up to six hours thanks to a no-smudge, waterproof formula that won't feather or transfer. The texture is rich and velvety to layer comfortably on your lips. I love the ‘Pillow Talk’ shade: a pink nude, which is just perfect for anytime.

I love the matte finish and its long-lasting, buildable, and hydrating combination. My new favorite nude lipstick, for sure!

Winter Makeup Routine with Neutrogena®

When it comes to makeup, I always start with the base, or rather, my face. I first begin with the Neutrogena® HydroBoost hydrating tint foundation in 85 Honey. One thing I'm always paying more attention to during the colder season is my lips. How to Achieve a Perfect No Makeup Makeup Look

Happy Wednesday, everyone! I have a lot of content coming your way in the next week or so, but today's post is on how to achieve a perfect "no makeup" makeup look. Meaning... you do have some makeup on, but the goal is to keep it looking fresh and natural. Especially after a crazy week like NYFW, where every day I had some pretty heavy duty makeup on, I like to give my skin a break and let it breathe afterward. And with Perricone MD's No Makeup Instant Blur, it's the perfect last and lasting addition to my most recent everyday makeup wear. 5. URBAN DECAY ALL NIGHT LIQUID FOUNDATION 7.75

A full-coverage, matte-finish, waterproof foundation that lasts all night. All Nighter Liquid Foundation by Urban Decay provides full coverage with a modern matte finish that never looks overdone. Get all-night wear and a blown-out effect you never thought was possible for a flawless-looking complexion that looks incredible and stays that way. Perfect for all-night affairs, this innovative formula is also comfortable enough to wear every day. While Naked Skin complexion products are semi-matte, All Nighter Liquid Foundation is completely matte and oil-free. Directly highlight skin or blend this concentrated luminizer with foundation and primer to transform them into illuminating elixirs. A little goes a long way: This gel highlighter builds for the ultimate sheen, and the sensual, golden-peach hue flatters all skin tones with warm radiance. It’s formulated with five forms of coconut and provitamin B5 to help hydrate and nourish skin.

8. DERMABLEND LOOSE SETTING POWDER

Want a complexion that stays all day? Try the legendary Dermablend Loose Setting Powder. This powder provides a shine free finish that helps keep makeup in place for up to 16 hours of wear. Simply dust all over your concealer or foundation to lock your look in place. Formulated with silky micronized powders, this product helps keep your complexion matte, even and flawless.
